SEVERAL German banks have agreed to lend Russian miner Norilsk Nickel €278.8M ($371M) to refinance its newbuilding programme at Aker MTW Werft. The 10-year loan, with Hermes guarantees, will refinance building four Arctic icebreaking-class box vessels for import and export operations.
